Taylor Dining Hall
Taylor Dining Hall is Assumption College’s Resident Dining Facility. We understand the circumstances when dining in the same place everyday. That’s why we are excited to present a variety of dining stations that change throughout the semester, and are constantly re-evaluated based on guest preferences and trends. Our ultimate goal is to provide restaurant quality food combined with great service and a fresh approach. The Dining Hall is an “all you care to eat” system and this year it really is ALL YOU CAN EAT - take advantage of our unlimited, open access dining offer with the Ultimate Plan and join us after-hours for Taylor Late-Night 8:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday - Thursday.

- CHEF'S TABLE Chef-attended, this station features a twist on traditional and non-traditional ethnic cooking. Here, we change it up regularly. You will find a traditional stir-fry adventure one day and a made-to order sizzling wrap the next. If variety is something you crave, you will always have an option here.
- BRICK Taylor Dining Hall pizza is a naturally well-balanced choice with a healthy portion of part skim mozzarella cheese. Here you'll find our signature pizza program alongside calzones, stromboli, and flatbreads. This is also where you'll find our pasta bar and other special treats.
- DAILY DISH offers a fresh entree each meal, typically served with fresh steamed vegetables, local whenever possible. Many entrees are customizable where students can request smaller portions or only vegetables to add to other entrees. Here you will always find traditional home-style foods along with both vegan and vegetarian options.
- GRILL Fire up your appetite with a little something hot off the grill. Classic hamburgers, hand-cut fries, and our daily grill specials are prepared every day - your way.
- FLAVOR CHANGERS served at lunch Monday- Friday. Features a themed customized bar such as hot dogs with your choice of toppings, Burrito Bar or a Dessert&Coffee Bar with flavor add-ins.
- DELI Chef Mitch creates the menu with a signature sandwich daily. Fresh baked breads available daily. Make it a meal with a side of our daily salad offering
- TAYLOR SALAD BAR features leafy greens and standard salad vegetables as well as whole grains, compound salads, beans, cheese, tofu, yogurt, and fruit.
- SOUP & BREAD BAR Taylor boasts two, house-made soups each day. One choice is always vegetarian. Compliment your soup with one of our specialty breads from our bread bar
- SIMPLE SERVINGS Our new resident dining option, providing safe and appetizing food choices "ready to go" for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods.
- MyZONE - This space is a gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-dairy free area for students with food allergies and other special dietary needs. Each day we will feature a hot entree at lunch and dinner. You'll also find a selection of prepared and pantry items as well.
