For Your Health Initiatives
Providing you with healthy options is something the Assumption College Dining team proudly does every day. We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.
The first step to making sure we are meeting your needs is for you to email or call us to set up a time to meet with us. Please contact Dining Services General Manager Kathie Hanwell at firstname.lastname@example.org or 508-767-7578. We look forward to speaking with you.

Mindful offerings meet stringent nutritional criteria based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Each meal part is limited in calories, has fewer than 30% of calories as fat, fewer than 10 % of calories as saturated fat, and is restricted in sodium, and cholesterol. Chefs in our test kitchen develop recipes to meet these criteria in delicious fashion! Look for the Mindful icon to indulge in the healthy and delicious items offered at each meal.
MyZone was designed to give students options to best fit their dietary needs. Our MyZone area has a variety of gluten-free, nut-free, and lactose-free foods available to students in a special area designated specifically for those students requiring gluten, nut, and lactose free foods. Stop by and see what our MyZone has to offer.
Menu items with the vegetarian icon contain no meat, fish or poultry, nor any meat products such as soup base. Our vegetarian offerings meet the needs of lacto-ovo vegetarians, and may include eggs and/or dairy products.
